The Process
Presentation: This is a meeting where we assess your needs as regards energy efficiency and energy problems. We demonstrate the CR Max System.
Site Survey: This next step is where a technician will survey your facility. Our technician is collecting data on the load breakdown and understanding your power quality issues. It is from this survey that our engineers will design a solution for you. A small fee is charged, which is deducted from your system cost. This fee is refundable if we do not achieve results.
Letter of Intent: We provide a proposal for you which include the cost of your solution.
Credit application/ Deposit: We collect a deposit to order your customized system. From the time we collect the deposit to the time we install is generally 2-3 weeks. Some clients chose to finance their system. We work with several finance companies that are able to facilitate this if needed.
Installation: At this time we install your system. Our objective is to accomplish this with little or no disturbance to you. We understand that while energy saving is your objective, your main concern is the operation of your business.
Monitoring: For the following 6 months we monitor your energy bills to ensure we are achieving results. We guarantee a minimum of 10% reduction in your energy usage.
