With technology developed by NASA, this instant Hot Water heater provides
enough hot water for 2 bathtubs, a dishwasher and laundry machine at
the same time. It turns on instantly when hot water demand is sensed,
and heats the water only when needed. Replace your hot water tank with
this endless instant water heater (the size of a large toaster) and
stop heating water 24 hrs a day when you do not need it (while sleeping,
away at work or vacation, etc.).
If you use electric water heating, according to U.S. Dept of Energy
statistics on typical household hot water usage you will save 60% on
water heating costs, which translates to about $30 per month over the
15-year warranty period of the product ($20 per month savings if you
use natural gas) [assumes modest energy price increases over time].

20. Can a traditional heater be replaced with a tankless heater with no additional plumbing or electrical work?
Yes, The plumbing requires one line in from the main and one line out to the house (same as a conventional water heater). If the existing electrical outlet matches the required voltage and amperage, no additional electrical work needs to be done.
21. . Does the exterior of the laser water heater get hot thereby causing potential harm to kids?
No. While the heater is in operation, the outside casing will get warm but not hot enough to burn someone.
22. If it stops working, is it expensive to repair?
The request for repairs are minimal and the unit has few components to go bad. The actual component costs are very reasonable. If the repairs are performed by a trained and authorized technician in your area, the labor charge will vary.
23. Are there repair centers or technicians throughout the US or do I have to send it back to the factory?
We are in the process of training and appointing authorized repair centers and technicians throughout continental USWe will list these on our web site soon.
24. What happens when it stops working and I have to send it to the factory for repairs?
If we do not have an authorized repair center or technician in your area and the unit has to be returned to the factory, the turnaround time is within one week.

The Laser units are not U.L. approved at this time and cannot be sold in the U.S. For export only.
26. Why should I buy your product rather than that of the competition?
Our units are the original tankless water heaters. We have more experience in manufacturing this product and the way it works. Our technology is advanced when compared to our competition because the factory's partnership projects with N.A.S., Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program and Thurston Co. Our units occupy less space because they are smaller; they use less energy because of our shielded incoloy heating element. Our SCR2 series is the #1 selling units in the industry. We have sold more units and they have been tested in large projects from hotels and hospitals to condominiums, shopping malls and Universities.
27. Why should I buy the tankless water heater over the conventional water heater?
60% saving on energy for heating water (Heating water accounts for 25% of the average household's energy bill), saving on space, easy to install, no vent required, no points or moving parts, all copper and brass inside, no tank to rupture to cause flooding, will not engage to dripping faucet, heats water only when needed, unlimited supply of hot water, shielded incoloy heating elements for reliability and long life, no pressure in tank to risk potential explosion, economical cost, dual microtemp thermo fuse protection.
